We are going to be moving to a home soon because I got a large promotion at work.
We are moving to a new section where the houses are all inside of a gated community and we are all actually gleeful about it.
The only bad thing about the home that we are going to move into is the fact that the heating plus A/C system in the home isn’t all that great. It’s an older heating plus A/C system that has been in the home ever since it was built. I know whenever they built the home almost twenty years ago, they didn’t have the same heating plus A/C technology that we have these afternoons. Even though we all love the house, we believe that we are easily going to have to do some updates to the heating and cooling system because our family is pretty picky when it comes to the indoor air quality in our home. For instance, I know for a fact that our child is going to stink up the place with all of his sports activities and so we are going to have to install a whole home air purifier. Also, our child is constantly complaining about her cold feet and so we will probably end up installing radiant heated flooring throughout the home because of that. We will easily just go ahead as well as do the HVAC updates before we move in because I think that will make everything easier. I don’t know which heating plus A/C dealer we are going to use yet, though. I still have to call around as well as get some quotes from different providers.
