The loft on Elm Street was trashed by the tenants

My wifey Jen and I have only been married for a couple of years.

Both of us were married previously and had lofts of our own.

When the two of us got married, Jen and I decided to buy a different, and unusual loft where she and I could live together. Instead of selling the properties, Jen decided to rent them out for a couple of years. The rental market for housing was strong at that time and it seemed to make more sense to rent the properties and keep them in our portfolio. Jen found a loft that the two of us wanted to buy with a pool and an immense backyard. Jen and I had the only view of the Woods and no neighbors located behind our home. The locale was a little bit more extravagant than the 2 of us wanted to pay, however the two of us had the income from the rentals to help cover the mortgage. I rented our loft to a couple of older boys that were in a long-term relationship. I knew that these 2 fellows would take superb care of the house. I offered to help Jen find tenants for her locale however she said that she had it covered. One of the ladies that Jen works with was looking for a locale to rent. She did not even make the lady pay the security deposit, which turned out to be a bad decision. The person completely destroyed Jen’s house. Her ladies trashed the rugs and the walls and they broke the brand modern Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit, too! The modern Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component was only installed just before the sketchy tenants took over. 2 years later, the machine had to be completely substituted. Jen had a ton of problems with the loft on 1st street.
