The previous tenants trashed the locale and our wifey Max and I had to evict them from the property. Max and I knew to expect disfigures, however I was not prepared for all of the injury that the previous tenant had caused. These savages broke both of the ceiling fans in the kitchen and the living room. These bums broke the faucet off the sink in the washroom and we’re using a wrench to turn the water on and off. The garbage disposal was stuffed with food and the washing machine wasn’t even there. Both of us really rented the property with a new washing machine. It was on the tenant’s lease. I do not know if it broke and they got rid of it or if they stole it and sold it. The modern oil furnace was completely torn apart. It needs to be substituted before the two of us can rent the loft again. Max and I are going to replace the oil furnace with a modern energy efficient model that has a 99% afue rating. Getting a modern oil furnace is going to cost quite a heap of money, however I know that a gas oil furnace like this will save a lot of money over time. Max and I decided to use a property management contractor next time Max and I rent the property. They choose the tenants and ensure that the two of us will get the rent promptly. Since the management contractor picks the tenants, they also have responsibility for problems that the tenants incur while they are there. Max and I used a management contractor in the past for another property and got honestly smashing results.
