I had a bit of a falling out with my bandmate recently, as he wants to practice every single night although I would rather do just a couple days a week. I put so much energy into making it in standup comedy for 12 years and don’t have it in myself and others anymore to do the same with tunes. I got beat up a bit by life and am trying to regain my footing again and get my groove back with the Heating and Air Conditioning unit repair work. I was at the point where I didn’t want to go on anymore and just basically survived each morning; The local corporation where I worked kept myself and others going with the constant heating and cooling repair work and I am so grateful for them keeping myself and others aboard. I am just now feeling a bit better than a few weeks ago although I have a long way to go. I guess maybe today I will ask my bandmate if he wants to play tonight or tomorrow so that I have a little fun in my life, other than the ductwork cleaning tasks I’ve been doing for weeks. It can get a bit monotonous doing these Heating and Air Conditioning work gigs each morning, and tunes seems to help a lot with my mood. I guess I will try and play tonight outside of the local suppliers’ arena because they seem to get a great flow of people in that area. Life is about having fun and not just about chasing paper all of the time, so I am going to get out there and have some fun today.
