Last Christmas Eve, Santa was so busy getting ready for his yearly run he forgot to have the oil furnace worked on.
When Mrs… Claus told him the heat was out in the elves’ apartments, he said he didn’t have time to have it fixed… She told him she could not have it fixed, however they needed to have a new oil furnace installed.
I had never heard Santa as uncharitable as he was right then; He told her there was no time to have a new oil furnace installed, in addition to it would need to wait until the afternoon after Christmas. He told her to find some room in the main house, in addition to the elves could stay there until a new oil furnace could be installed. Although the pressing beach house was enormous, there were more elves than Mrs. Claus could find room for. Some of the younger elves got some space heating systems from the toy room, in addition to took them out to the stables. It was there they found them on Christmas Day. The elves were huddled next to the reindeer, enjoying the heat coming off their bodies. The blankets the deer wore when flying were wrapped around the elves in addition to the reindeer. Between the body heat, blankets, in addition to space heaters, there wasn’t an elf that wasn’t warm; except for those in the main house. When the oil furnace in the elves quarters died, the oil furnace in the main beach house was toiling so hard, it also went out, in addition to Mrs. Claus was not a cheerful camper. She moved in with the elves in addition to laid down with the reindeer in addition to left Santa to shiver alone in their bed.
