I have to do a few more duct cleaning jobs and then I am changing my role at the HVAC supplier store.
I will be doing more paperwork and inventory in the store and not so many service calls on the road.
This is good because I like working with the HVAC specialists in the store and I would also save a lot of money on gas over the long run. I was driving all over the place and the company didn’t reimburse me for gas because they are barely getting by right now. I’m okay with that because they have been really good to me and I know it is tough right now for businesses with the high cost of heating and cooling. It is a bit ironic that the HVAC company is having problems because of the HVAC systems cost but that is what is going on all over the world right now. I think it may have a lot to do with the war going on and supply shortages. I’m good with whatever comes my way though because I have learned how to relax more and take things in stride, all thanks to my mentor, the HEPA filter salesman. He taught me so much about life and I really miss him, but even with him I have to learn how to let go as he passed away a couple of years ago. That is why I like to work at the store for the local contractor because I learn so much there and have so much fun too.
