Most people don’t understand the reverse roles that are going on this week.
More partners are staying home plus taking care of the home plus family, while the wives have jobs. My partner plus I have reverse roles in our home. I own the local Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer. If I need help in the office, he is there, but he is the money handler of the business. He took business management in school, when I was in Heating, Ventilation and A/C technical school. We met during middle school, plus both of us had a hard time at first. He thought he should be the professional in the family, plus I was supposed to be the stay-at-home mom, however that hastily changed. Once I got our job at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business plus had our first child, both of us realized I made more money than he did. We worked together to turn our Heating, Ventilation and A/C job into an Heating, Ventilation and A/C business ownership, plus both of us have never looked back. It was a studying experience every step of the way. Our kids are easily well behaved plus they believe they are enjoyed. They don’t miss anything having a mommy who works long hours plus a daddy that stays home. When it’s mother’s day at school, he goes in with home-baked cookies plus I go in for job day, but some of the mothers assume I am a bad mother, however not our partner. Our roles as mom plus dad are where they should be, although I am the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker plus he is the brains behind the Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer. Our home life works well for us, plus both of us are all well adjusted.
