I’m sure our neighbors are wondering what in the world is going on in our home.
My friend and I had a Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C truck come to our condo for the past 5 days! But that is because my pal and I are having a lot of Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C updates to our home, plus it is taking awhile to complete.
One of the first things my pal and I were doing was having radiant heated flooring installed in our condo for heat. Our current heat source is a gas fireplace, but after talking about it with my hubby, my pal and I both agreed that getting heated flooring seemed like a good idea. The second thing was getting completely new air duct, getting new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C air duct is incredibly costly, plus also takes a long time, plus so that has been taking a lot of time in itself, and last, my pal and I are also updating our central cooling system. Our seasoned one was becoming less efficient by the day, plus since my pal and I were making all of these changes to our condo anyways, my hubby plus I agreed that the best thing to do is to update the cooling system equipment now, plus save us the trouble in the future. So as you can see, my pal and I have a lot of Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C work being done to our home, plus that is why my pal and I had several visits from the heating plus a/c specialist. It is still going to take awhile for everything to be finished, but it will all be worth it, because my pal and I will have the best weather conditions control in our entire neighborhood.
