I’m sure our neighbors are wondering what in the world is going on in our home.
My pal and I had a HVAC truck come to our dwelling for the past 5 afternoons! But that is because my buddy and I are having a lot of HVAC updates to our home, and it is taking awhile to complete.
One of the first things my buddy and I were doing was having radiant heated flooring installed in our dwelling for heat. Our new heat source is a gas fireplace, but after talking about it with my partner, my buddy and I both agreed that getting heated flooring seemed like a great idea. The second thing was getting completely current ductwork, getting current HVAC ductwork is incredibly fancy, and also takes a long time, and so that has been taking a lot of time in itself! Last, my buddy and I are also updating our central cooling system. Our outdated one was becoming less efficient by the day, and since my buddy and I were making all of these swings to our dwelling anyways, my partner and I agreed that the best thing to do is to update the cooling system equipment now, and save us the trouble in the future. So as you can see, my buddy and I have a lot of HVAC work being done to our home, and that is why my buddy and I had several visits from the HVAC specialist. It is still going to take awhile for everything to be finished, but it will all be worth it, because my buddy and I will have the best temperature control in our entire town.
