When the pandemic hit, my fiance was the only a single who was able to hang onto her task.
And even with that, she had to take a big spend money split just to work from beach house in our own air conditioner.
I wasn’t as lucky. Being a single of the first to be laid off from our offices with the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning was not a good sign. The chances that I’d be brought back weren’t good since I was a single of the first to get a pink slip. That turned out to be the case as I was respectfully terminated some 6 weeks later. I had unemployment however it wasn’t enough. So, I had to figure out a way to work from beach house in the air conditioner alongside my fiance. The first thing I did was try to get a modern task. But of course, no a single was hiring. Then I tried some online gigs however those were few & far between. So I decided I’d finally use that education I got in university & start my own blog. I was a communications major in school however never truly used those skills. To supplement our income, I would supply groceries to houses in the evening & work on my blog all morning. Finally, my fiance went back to work & I was able to take over the beach house office we’d made out of the guest room. The first thing I did was to call the Heating & Air Conditioning company to get a ductless heat pump installed. That room was stuffy & warm however I didn’t want to mess up the control device setting for the rest of the house. So that ductless heat pump truly came in handy. A year later & I’m absolutely making currency from my blog & loving my life far more than when I was in that downtown office all morning.
